JEWELLERY CARE
All HOLLY HOWE JEWELLERY is handmade so it needs to be looked after carefully. We suggest keeping your special pieces in the boxes your jewellery came in.
STERLING SILVER

Keep silver jewellery away from harsh chemicals like household cleaning fluids as they create abrasions and reduce the luster of the metal. Cleaning silver jewellery is best done with a professional jewellery cleaning product. Please contact us here if you would like to purchase a Silver Cleaning cloth and we can arrange that for you.

GOLD PLATED
​
All of our gold plated jewellery is solid 925 Sterling Silver plated with 2 microns of 14 carat gold.
Gold plating does wear away - the longevity of this depends on frequency of wear and the type of jewellery, i.e. plating on rings wears much faster than necklaces. We don't recommend you wear your gold plated jewellery in water, pools, gardening or any other activity that could cause wear to the surface.
We can re-plate your jewellery for a small fee. Please email to arrange this.

SOLID GOLD

All HOLLY HOWE JEWELLERY can be made in solid Gold on request.

RING SIZING
While we are more than happy to assist where possible, it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct size has been ordered.
If you are unsure please email us and we can talk you through the process to ensure a correct fit.
We also recommend you go to your local jeweller and have your correct measurements taken.
You are welcome to purchase a ring sizer direct from us here the price will then be deducted from the full price of your ring should you decide to go ahead with your purchase.
If you guess your size and it needs to be altered, you will incur an alteration fee. If you change your mind about the size after we have made your ring or you have received it and decided you would like to have it on another finger, you will incur an alteration fee. Remember fingers react to temperature change and will affect the fit of your ring at times. Please contact if you are unsure about purchasing a ring and I will help you through the sizing process, trust me, it isn't as intense as it sounds.

NOTE: If the ring to be altered is gold-plated, an additional re-plating fee will be incurred.
